All new bidders are required to complete a $1.00 credit card pre-authorisation prior to a password being issued. Please contact McDonald Auctions during business hours 07 3376 0016 to complete this transaction. It is not possible to register and begin bidding immediately.

Your credit card details are used for verification purposes only. McDonald Auctions will only deduct payment if you do not pay for your goods within the designated payment times. All credit card payments will incur a surcharge.

If you are successful a confirmation email will be sent of items won. A second email from McDonald Auctions will be sent with attached invoice for payment.

Payment is due Thursday 2nd May, 4pm.

Payment can be made by EFT, credit card (surcharge applies) or cash at our premises.

If paying by EFT please allow 24 hours for payment to be processed, receipts will not be issued and items are unable to be collected until funds are cleared in McDonald Auctions account. Goods will not be released upon remittance advice.

You will receive an email confirming that funds have been cleared and you are able to arrange collection.

Collection of items by Friday, 10th May from 38 Neon Street, Sumner Park QLD. Please note Tuesday is our weekly general auction and loading is unable to be done on Tuesday’s.

Failure to adhere to the collection time frame will result in storage charges being incurred at the rate of $50.00 per day payable prior to collection unless prior arrangements made.
